Are you scared of making a mess with watercolor? I've got you! In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn all the foundational skills of watercolor, so you can use them with confidence and joy in your art.

What You Will Learn

  • ESSENTIAL WATERCOLOR TECHNIQUES

    I'll show you essential techniques, such as wet-on-wet, washes, detail work and more. And we'll apply all these techniques to create a complete artwork from start to finish.

  • MATERIALS

    I'll show you what materials to get, and how to use them to get the best results. How to pick up your paints, how to mix correctly with the brush, how to use the palette.

  • COLOR

    Learn how to select and mix beautiful color combinations on the palette and on paper. I will give you a simple framework to follow.

  • LEARN TO FIX MISTAKES

    "Ooops, it's a mess!" No problem. :) Watercolor mistakes can totally be fixed! I'll show you how to predict what the paint will do, and how to fix most common mistakes, like paint spills, too much water, and unexpected behaviors.

  • CREATE A COMPLETE ARTWORK

    After we master the basics, we put all those skills together to create a complete artwork with watercolor. You will learn all the steps involved in planning, painting, and completing a kawaii watercolor piece, so you can repeat this process in your own work.
